The -ly ending most often indicates adverbs, and is the usual way of forming them from adjectives.

punctiliously (adverb), more punctiliously, most punctiliously
Characteristic of how a person is very careful about behaving properly and doing things in a correct way: Janice is a newspaper reporter who punctiliously uses correct grammar in her writing assignments.
quickly (adverb), more quickly, most quickly
Descriptive of doing something in a hurry: Mary quickly walked home after she got off the bus.

Jack's mother was quickly preparing a good breakfast for him so he could catch the bus and get to school on time.

receently (adverb), more receently, most receently
A reference to something that happened or has been done not long ago or a short time before: Jane recently returned home to get dinner ready for her family.
reprehensibly (adverb), more reprehensibly, most reprehensibly
A reference as to how very strong criticism or expressions of disapproval are conveyed based on perceived faults or mistakes: Sharon's tennis coach quite often reprehensibly reminded her of what she needed to do in order to be a champion player in the coming international tournaments.

Referring to a specified manner or behavior: Jim sadly dropped his laptop computer and broke it.
scrupulously (adverb), more scrupulously, most scrupulously
A reference to doing something with extreme conscientiousness; that is, in a careful manner or done with careful attention to details: Karen scrupulously cleaned the rooms in the hotel where she worked.
superciliously (adverb), more superciliously, most superciliously
Conveying an attitude of superiority in an uncomplimentary sneering manner: Since Manfred won the Olympics gold medal, he has been superciliously behaving with his fellow athletes.
