A disrespect for the Holy Father or of the gods of religious groups: With all the wars and conflicts continuing in the world and no end in sight, it would be no wonder that some people might develop misotheism, losing faith in the doctrines of their churches and having a sense of irreverence towards divinities who allow such atrocities to exist.

People or individuals who have a hatred for God or gods of any kind: There are people who are misotheists because they cannot rationalize why God, or gods, don't stop Satan's evil cruelty of people throughout the centuries and even in our modern times!

A hater of anything foreign or of an unknown place: Someone who has a misotramontanism can be repulsed by what is beyond his or her knowledge or experience.

Someone who despises or detests tyranny: The misotyrannists are completely against a government that treats people in a cruel and unjust way by using military or police forces to control them.
misoxene (s) (noun), misoxenes (pl)
A pathological hater of strangers: Merlin was a misoxene who avoided going anyplace where there were people he didn't know; so, he made arrangements with a company to perform his work at home and not in an office with other people.

misoxenist (s) (noun), misoxenists (pl)
Something or someone that feels hostility or animosity towards strangers: A misoxenist simply will not tolerate anyone who is neither a friend nor an acquaintance.

Even pets; such as, dogs or cats, will attack strangers because such people are despised and not welcome.

A cat sees the postal lady, who is a stranger, approaching the door.

The scenes above represent an actual attack by a cat upon a postwoman in Germany in early 2002; because, whenever she tried to deliver a man's mail the cat would jump out and bite and claw her.

The owner of the misoxenist had to pick up his mail at a neighborhood bar because he refused to restrict the freedom of his cat to come and go whenever it wanted to do so.

A strong preference to stay away from unknown people and to avoid foreigners: As a result of his misoxeny, Mike refused to go the hospital if he had to share a room with strangers; so, he insisted on having a private room!
nomomisia (s) (noun), nomomisias (pl)
An intense hostility or aversion for a particular name or for specific names: Lisa’s grandmother was a teacher who had developed nomomisia for certain kids named David, Steven, and Michael because they caused her so many severe headaches and emotional problems as a result of their disorderly conduct, rudeness, and vicious behaviors in her classes.
nomomisist (s) (noun), nomomisists (pl)
A person who hates certain names or particular names: There have been nomomisists throughout history who have abhorred certain names; such as, John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated President Abraham Lincoln at Ford's Theater, in Washington, D.C. on April 14, 1865; and Adolf Hitler, a German politician who was the Führer of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945 and who was responsible for so many deaths of people in Europe during World War II throughout the territories Germany controlled; especially, Jewish people who were in concentration camps.

According to some surveys, the primary name that nomomisists dislike the most is Nevaeh, which is "heaven" spelled backward; objections include "look, sound" and its "origin".

An irrational fear or hatred of foreigners and of strange or foreign things:

Those who hate and fear the great numbers of migrants who are fleeing Africa and other places to Europe.
