sanguinarian
1. A human who feeds on blood.
2. A reference to someone who believes he or she needs to consume blood to maintain her or his health.
sanitarian
A public health or sanitation expert.
sectarian (adjective)
Relating to religious or political groups and the differences between them: "There are more and more reports about countries being split along sectarian lines and about sectarian violence."
semibarbarian
Someone who is considered to be partially, or half, civilized.
seminarian
A student at a religious seminary or Jesuit school; a seminarist.
septuagenarian
1. A person who is in his/her seventies.
2. Someone who is seventy to seventy-nine years old.
