2. Relating to or situated on or close to the anterior aspect of the human body or the lower surface of the body of an animal.
3. A relationship to the front or anterior aspect of the body; such as, the belly.

ventriloquism
The art of speaking such that the voice seems to come from somewhere else.

Ventriloquism is, literally, speaking from the belly.

An entertainer who makes his voice appear to come from a dummy, or of a person, or an animal.
