vase
1. A vessel, as of glass, porcelain, earthenware, or metal; usually higher than it is wide, used chiefly to hold cut flowers or for decoration.

vasectomy

The vas deferens is the tube connecting the testes with the urethra. It is a coiled duct that conveys sperm from the epididymis to the ejaculatory duct and the urethra.

2. Inflammation of the ductus deferens (secretory duct of the testicle, running from the epididymis, of which it is the continuation, to the prostatic urethra where it terminates as the ejaculatory duct).
vasitis nodosa
A beading and nodularity of the vas deferens just above the epididymis, probably a result of a previously unrecognized vasitis of unknown origin.

A narrowing of the lumen of the blood vessels.

A loss of tone in blood vessels with consequent hypotension.

1. Dilation of a blood vessel which may be caused by the action of a nerve or drug.
2. Widening of the blood vessels; especially, the arteries, leading to increased blood flow or reduced blood pressure.
vasodilator
An agent; such as, a parasympathetic nerve fiber or a drug that induces, causes, or initiates vasodilation.
vasography
The radiographic visualization of blood vessels following the introduction of contrast material; used as a diagnostic aid in such conditions as stroke syndrome and myocardial infarction (an area of tissue that undergoes necrosis as a result of obstruction of local blood supply; dead tissue).
