algiovascular, algovascular
Pertaining to some vascular action as a result of a painful stimulation.
avascular
1. Not associated with or supplied by blood vessels.
2. Without blood or lymphatic vessels.
cardiovascular
Of, relating to, or involving the heart and the blood vessels: "She has a cardiovascular disease which needs immediate medical attention."
cerebrovascular
Of or relating to the blood vessels that supply the brain.
circumvascular
Around or encircling a vessel.
dermovascular
Referring to the blood vessels of the skin.
dysvascular
Having a defective blood supply.
emotiovascular
Relating to the vascular changes, such as pallor and blushing, caused by emotions of various kinds.
endovascular
Within a vessel.
endovasculitis
Inflammation of the tunica intima or the innermost membrane of a blood or lymph vessel; or more extensively, the innermost coat of blood vessels, consisting of a thin lining of endothelial cells longitudinally oriented and continuous with the endothelium of capillaries on the one hand and the endocardium of the heart on the other.
excitovascular
1. Increasing the activity of the circulation.
2. Causing vascular changes.
extravascular
1. Outside of blood or lymph vessels; not contained in the body's blood or lymph vessels.
2. Located or occurring outside a blood or lymph vessel.
fibrovascular
1. Composed of fibrous and conductive tissue, as in the vascular systems of higher plants; a fibrovascular bundle.
2. Plant tissue that provides structural support and conducts sap.
gastrovasculary
1. A part of the body involved in both digestion and circulation, e.g. the central body cavity of some jellyfish.
2. Gastrovascular cavity, as the name indicates, functions in both digestion and the transport of nutrients to all parts of an animal body.
hypervascular
Abnormally vascular; containing an excessive number of blood vessels.
