Not determined, imprecise, or not explained clearly: There are too many undefined words even in dictionaries as well as in other written and verbal presentations.

Some dictionaries tend to explain the meanings of words with another spelling of the same word that is being shown which too often results in undefined entries; for example, some dictionaries say, "a manicurist is someone who gives manicures" or "a manicurist is a person who manicures" which of course results in the term manicurist being undefined.

Descriptive of something that is incomplete and which is still not approved for use: The auditor of the city submitted her unfinalized report regarding the expenses of the road department.
unfinished (adjective) (not comparable)
1. Related to something that is not complete or is still in a rough draft: Because the unfinished report had not been submitted by the mayor, it indicated that city hall will be reconsidering the trash collection procedures and an increase of charges.
2. A book which a creator either chooses not to finish or was prevented from doing it: Charles still needs more time to complete his unfinished novel before he can send it to a publisher and get it printed.
