horrific
1. Grossly offensive to decency or morality; causing horror.
2. Very bad and shocking; such as, a horrific accident or crime.
3. So bad as to be shocking: "The report detailed the horrific conditions of the spring snow fall and freezing of the budding peaches, apples, cheries, grapes, pecans, etc."
horrification
